I pulled my non-power, floor shift steering column out and I have a feeling it’s missing some parts. There seems to be nothing in the lower end of the column and the shaft just wiggles around loose in it past the upper bearing. There isn’t much info in the FSM that I have found. Surely there was a lower bearing in these columns? Anyone have a good exploded diagram?

Out of parts catalog, you'll have figure out what isn't used on floor shift.

Looks a lot different than my column Fran. Not sure I could figure it out from that. So far the only thing I’m sure I’m definitely missing is the lower column seal.

Had the same thought but posted in case it would help.

The blowup you pictured shows no lower bearing. I have a 66 column and also thought it was incomplete. Apparently not.

Thanks - I’ll get a lower seal for it.
