Good Day,
Is it necessary to have the spring which goes in the channel of the trim? The hook where the spring attaches broke off. I would have to cut into the metal trim and bend the metal in the channel so the spring can hook on to it. With that said, when you install the seal which has to be install a bit higher in the channel would hinder when the rear window seals to it.
