70 roadrunner heater blower motor replace

My blower went out in my 70 rr . I have not begun to dig into it yet, my question is. Does the heater box have to be removed to change it or can it be done in the car? NON a/c car.

Me too. Mine is dead - can't get it to run at all but don't know where to start.

I would check the resistor and clean your ground as well as the fan switch before removing the box
