Can someone please tell me what type of screws were used to attach the headlight bezels on these cars to the plastic push-in nuts on the front of the fender they go into? The holes in the bezel are fairly large so I'm thinking either oval head screws with countersunk washers were used, or possibly pan head screws with tiny washers built in to them. Was the size #8 or #10? How long were they? They would have had to match the bezels somewhat so I'm thinking the screws were either chrome-plated or bare stainless steel.

I don't think you'd want to use the wrong screws on this or the delicate aluminum they are made out of might get wallowed out where the holes are making these hard to find pieces useless, so I want to get this right.

Thanks for any help with this.
