I received the wrong break in procedures, which included the incorrect fluid type:

I questioned it before putting any fluid in the trans, heck, before ordering any fluid.
I confirmed the correct fluid type with Passon himself, and another member here confirmed it with Passon himself, see pics, and another FABO member confirmed it with GFI, who I also asked via im on FABO before buying fluid:

I agreed to drive it using the only suggestion Seth made, hold it in gear, subsequently Seth recommended I send it in, I was doing what GFI requested, kept in contact with Seth all along, and he requested I send it in:

I was more than willing to try anything he suggested before removing it, waiting, being without my car, causing extra work for everyone involved.
It did not have any paint on it when I installed it the first time, zero, none, you can clearly see that in the pics in the thread.
I did not paint it until I installed it the last time, and it popped out of gear immediately, same as before.
Also, the replacement transmission is NOT painted, and it pops out of gear, after two 'fixes.'
And GFI claims all 9 trans sent to WY on 12/30/2019 tested fine, and it only took 4 business days to ship, r&r, and test, all 9.
Yet John, the guy who actually tests them, says mine popped out, he sent it back, they sent it back to him, and it still pops out.
Christine herself, she told me painting it voids the warranty, but when asked why she could not provide the info. So I asked her to confer with whomever she needed to, and I waited on hold. No one knew why, no one.
So I asked her to read it to me, the part in the warranty that states you cannot paint it.
She could not find it.
I asked her to send it to me, she said I would have it by Monday morning as it was late Friday. I told her, if you do not receive a response from me via email that I received it, I DID NOT receive it!
She did not send it, she has not responded to calls since.
They did everything they could you say?
Then why not call me back and tell me how wrong I am, and that I don't deserve the last year of my warranty?
Why leave the last conversation they had, them apologizing to me, telling me how wrong they have been, and how they want to make it right, and send me a perfect trans, and agreed to extend the warranty?
They are damaging their own business, not me.
