Apologies, but does anyone have a link to the form and the e-mail address to send to? I have the address and fax number listed.....but not the meat of the application, nor a real e-mail address. Links all seem to default to the home page...

dms166@chrysler.com is the email address and all that I asked for were the build records and I attached photos of the registration, VIN tag and the fender tag. There is no form.

I got information on 2 cars about 2 years ago.
If I remember correctly they do not have the records for dealer supplied cars in Canada.

I got the same this morning, she said my original mail in paperwork and check never showed up after 8 weeks so I sent the info by email and canceled the check. Hopefully in a few weeks now.

Why did you send a check? Was that required? They haven't been accepting any money.

The form I filled out showed a payment of $55 to get a copy of the IBM card mailed back. $35 for just an email picture. $100 to get it sent back quick.

I thought they stopped asking for money. I haven't read about or talked to anyone yet who had a check cashed by them. But I have seen and heard many accounts of them never cashing checks sent in, even though they provided the service. I sent them 2 checks that were never cashed in the past 10 years.

Got my fingers crossed, whatever they send will be the ONLY info I have on my car.

There is no form. I emailed them a copy of the registration and pictures of the fender tag and vin tag.

Yes, the people who interpret the card out of Atlanta emailed me the form after I first emailed them. They said once I get the card call them back and they will tell me what I have.

Fasbackjon runs the 66-67 Charger Registry if you want one decided. Might be Charger Registry.
