clutch pedal return

just got my car back on road. new b&b clutch. and overcenter spring is installed under dash

Shifts great.

The clutch pedal doesnt come all the way back up

Is there an adjustment?

No adjustment for that particular problem.
Have you got the spring on the clutch fork?
