My six pack motor is gong in the 69 Coronet convertible today. It has taken much longer than expected of course. The 426 crate motor is at rest. It will be going in the 70 Charger when the 69 is running. I was amused at the contrast between the 440 headers and the 426 headers. What a difference!
No kidding, they are completely different. Read what I wrote a little better. I am not comparing the performance, function or capability of the headers, only the size difference. Its almost comical. The apples (426 headers) came out of the same engine compartment the oranges (440) are now in. The oranges even bolted right up to the apples exhaust system although I had to get a different reducer.
