I'm in the process of a restomod to a 1964 Dodge 330.

What vendors would you recommend for a GEN III Hemi. Either a crate, long block or DIY assembly. I prefer DIY if I can find a block, rotating assembly, prepped by a machine shop. Stpec are a very streetable 550-700 HP mated to Tremec 5sp.

I bought a Mopar OEM 5.7 via JEGS, I did so because the price was good but I still had to wait on it.

I bought a complete kit including a new 392 Hemi, transmission, clutch, bellhousing, QA1 front suspension, headers, computer, a/c, radiator, exhaust, etc from these people ....

It wasn't cheap, and I'm sure they made a few extra bucks off of me, but not knowing what was involved with this kind of swap, I was clueless what was needed and knowing where to source parts from.

Maybe check in with Troy at Glendora Dodge. Big time Mopar Performance dude.

I would talk with @Johnny Mac - he is a Vendor here and FABO, and a member of several sites here. I use a BluePrint Engines stroker 408 and am very happy with it.
Been a site Vendor and member may get you a little extra discount or at least kudos.

He definitely will be there if you have any issues. BluePrint stand behind their products.

My friend Matt Deane is the Part Mgr. and Performance Specialist at Glendora.

I do not think I am allowed to post the 800 number.

Matt was who I was thinking of. No clue where Troy came from. But for sure serious Mopar dude.

I was told about this place, seems like a pretty good deal.

If you go to Spring Fling in two weekends, Glendora Dodge will be there, plus Milodon. You'll be able to get info from them and others.

I ended up building mine from a bare block i found on marketplace. It was significantly cheaper than the crate engines available - went with a 426 stroker kit and hellcat top end.

My machinist has my other 6.1L block all machined and ready to be assembled - I just havent prodded him to assemble the short block since i'm out in DC and he is back in SoCal.

I have 4 6.4 long blocks. I just got stroker cranks and rods for 2 of them
