I figure I would post this since I'm bored. I got a Torker 2 intake that I was trying to sell and no one's interested so I decided to paint it. It's been sitting in a basement for the better part of a decade lots grime. I used a wire brush on the end of a drill to clean it and some brake parts cleaner. I may bolt it on my GTX I wonder if it would pick up any in the 1/8 mile and tenth or close to that would be awesome. It's a stock engine with stock intake , heads . Has a nice quick fuel carb on it 750. Anyways I'm using Por 15 engine enamel it looks great on my block even though I used a brush no streaks. Here is a before pic and I will post a pic when done a little later today. I'm sure it would look much better sprayed but I don't have a gun at the moment
