Happy Birthing Person’s Day......

I was out of town for work for a few days, so my wife took my mother out ...along with my sister and her daughter. Mum shared a story about me from over 40 years ago.
They went to an old historic house here in Auckland for a Morning tea with scones. During the visit they toured the old house which has many original furnishings in place - and all roped off for protection. They all laughed when standing in one bedroom looking at a huge mirror.....when I was there as a teenager, and heavily subdued with hayfever, I had let out an almighty sneeze (uncontrollable) and the resulting globule of snot went at a terrific pace - landing right in the middle of that mirror.
The room was full at the time....and the globule started running down the glass. We left fairly quickly. It has been a family joke all these years. I feel sorry for the person who cleaned it up.

BTW...apparently the tea and scones were nice, a bit late, but nice. :)

Happy Mother's Day to all out there.

:xscuseless:

I haven't been back since.

Now, that made my day!!! LOL. It's funny how things like that come back to us!!

I don't write the news, I just report it !! LOL. You had it coming!!! LOL
Still it makes me wonder exactly what type of "NEWS" are you monitoring to "just report it" as you stated. A very strange sort you are RC...cr8crshr/Bill:screwy::screwy::screwy::usflag::usflag:

Someone brings it up, I look it up, pretty simple.

What makes me a strange sort in this thread that I started?

It's a changing world we live in, just reporting the changes. I don't think anyone thinks It's right, that was the point of the post. I had two kids and have been married 42 years and have never chest feed, but, apparently It's the new thing. RC, it is chest feeding right? The last thing I want is to report it wrong!! LOL. I don't wear sandals with socks either, I just want to be on the right side of the new way of life style changes.
