Recently purchased a one owner, FC7, 1970 Road Runner 383 4-Speed Bench, RM21, was parked in 1982. Car was special ordered and delivered to my home town, and has been here it’s entire life. I was surprised to find the window sticker and all the original paperwork still on the glovebox. Working on getting it back on the road, besides putting it in primer, the car has been relatively untouched. It needs a little work and some TLC. It’s a neat little car, I am anxious to get to drive it. This forum has already been very helpful with info that I have needed.
Thanks!

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario. That looks like a very complete Road Runner project. Looks to have been a vinyl top car from trim on "C" pillar. Good luck with your restoration.

Not a vinyl top car. Actually V02 two tone - FC7 InViolet with EW1 Alpine White painted roof.
I am in no way a Mopar expert, but I personally haven’t seen, nor anyone that I have asked has seen another V02 code, two tone painted roof car. So, I assume there weren’t too many produced. I am going to post the question to this group to see if others on here have seen or know how common this is.
Thanks!

Probably a very rare car. Two tone paint jobs were on their way out by then. More a '50's, early '60's thing. Once the vinyl top options came out, most people two toned their cars that way. The weirdest/ugliest two tone I ever saw belonged to my high school geography teacher; 61 Olds 4-door, mauve (I think GM called it Orchid), with yellow top. Oh yeah, he admitted he was colour blind.
