How Big of Tire?

How big of tire can fit a 64 Belvedere with springs moved in but not mini tubing? I'm putting a dana 60 in so that width can be what ever. Thanks Mike

A 275/60/15 drag radial will fit the stock tub and be all the tire you will ever need. I spec'd the Dana in my '63 to be '68 B-body width. A 15x8 wheel with 4.5" backspace fits perfectly.

My sons 62 run M/T pro bracket radial 275 on a 10" wheel. The section width is 12.3".
