Interior door cards

Hi all. My vinyl door cards are worn out but the vinyl is in amazing shape. Where can I get some front and rear door cards to put the existing vinyl on. It’s for a 69 satellite.

Get with one of your local upholstery shops and get ahold of some bulk heavy fiberboard material like what they would use if they were making door cards from scratch.

Use your old cards as a template to cut your new ones.

I've seen people use MDF from a Lowes/HD type store to do that.

Should be in 4x8 sheets on the aisle that has the nice project wood.

Slightly heavier than the factory, but easy to find and relatively cheap.

I use 1/8" masonite for mine. Cut round holes to fasten the clips to the panel. Offset the holes to ensure the clips' offset is going in the hole correctly.
