I just tell'em "it's a rental"
lol, not to bring up Barret Jackson but wasn't that one chick that bought just about every other car, opening up a classic car rentals?

To me that is one of the best parts of the hobby.Every car show I attend there is always someone,Hey is that for sale?No it,s not...Then I have to listen to some drawn out story of their dad or uncle used to have one...
When my dad owned a 69 RR ORG.383 HP car ...Well I came out of a 7-11 (getting a slurpee) and some punk was poking around under the hood.
This being my dads car and being a 200+pound guy I asked him what the f*** he was doing...prob just looking but w/o permission...looked like he crapped his pants (speechless), he was scared and ran away/
I like meeting car guys as much as the next person but you have to respect peoples things...
You got a point there. Have you ever heard or seen it pulled off?I wouldn't leave any vintage or classic car parked in a lot or anywhere else in public for a prolonged period or on a regular basis. Nobody questions a tow truck hooking up a car and driving away...
I just want to know where these proposed buyers are when I drive my 66 hemi Charger.
