It's Wagon Wednesday, What Ya Got?

Man oh man, that is NICE. 4-speed, A-C Fury wagon, most likely big block too! It is hard to imagine a nicer wagon.

If it's factory it has to be a big block.

No small block four speed (or floor shift 3 speed) B body cars until 1971.

Not mine--just kidding! I built this in 1981 and it's still not finished.

This one (not mine)
Had an old one, numbers matching original metal and paint, minor surface rust, buried in the garage for several years, a real barn find. Stored extra bricks and bags of potting soil since 2005. Just unloaded it to a young couple we know with one little girl and another on the way. My friend calls me his American dad (he's from the UK).
Should have researched its worth before I gave it away this past summer. Googled it and discovered they go from $225-$300 new. Probably could have gotten more for the heavier gauge and patina.
Evidently I didn't know what I had.
Ps. He didn't need to bring a trailer either, free shipping to the next county.
(Sorry, couldn't help myself.)

My best bud since grade school got a '68 from his Dad when we turned about 16, appx 1980. (not this one) Pretty sure it was a Fury 3 / 318. Being from a mechanic family they kept that girl going north of 400,000 miles eventually winding up with a 440 4bbl transplant. His father thought he was crazy. Not too many (pronounced none) of those running around our area at the time. He took a good ribbing from our contemporaries about it not being "cool" . We would just smile knowing how clueless they were to how "cool" it was to have all that room available for double dates with our girls.

There is a Morris Minor woody, just like that one, here in socal, but it's red, with a blown small block chevy.
there was a green & tan one IIRC at Sacramento Cal expo
but it was a (Nash) Metropolitan
Car Craft some 30+ years ago
it had a Blown 2x4bbl FE 460 IIRC
sounded really good

my Buddy Rob D. from Concord Ca. had a
GM 2.8ltr (IIRC) v6 turbo'd Morris Minor sedan
Black, cool steel wheels, red with chrome trim rings
quick lil' bugger, it ran really hard

I loved the Brand X Del Rio/Ranch Wagon 2 dr
my former buddy Rocco's dad had One
I wanted it bad,
probably still rotten' away on the hillside in/above Georgetown Ca.

There was a guy with a nash metro at Irwindale, turquoise and white, cute little bugger. Right hand drive, with a procharged small block chevy. If it had had a for sale sign on it,it would be in MY driveway. I have a bunch of pics but they are in an old phone, and didnt make it into this one.

Couldn't find it but, if you have a procharged small block sitting around, here you go (I know, left hand drive but I tried):
