Loaded, complete RT/SE Track pack #s matching except block

Would $35k be fair market or too high?

loaded sublime RT/SE track pack, complete, supposedly stored inside for 10 years or so.

Rusty, but complete. Supposedly everything matches except the block.

4 speed / 727?
Dana 60?
Warranty replacement block?
metal condition?

The biggest disadvantage is that it does not have the numbers matching engine.
I personally would not care as long as its the correct engine but many do so it affects the price.

It's a really cool Charger R/T SE,4 speed,Dana car,in a great color combo,but you will find more rust than you think when you start cutting it apart. I had my California 70 Charger R/T V code 440 Sixpack car,with the matching numbers engine for sale for the same price,thats not the price anymore. I would want to be at 25 to 27 grand on the non matching numbers 4 speed car.

All 4 speed equipped 70 Charger R/T cars are track pack cars,but cars with the 4.10 Dana rear axle are super track pack cars.

Nice color combo, but like @chargervert said, be prepared to find a nightmare of rust when you disassemble the car.

Last year i saw two different FJ5 cars each advertised at $19-20K. I guess this $35K is the flipper asking price. Did they really appreciate that much despite another years worth of decay.

For me if it had the matching numbers engine, 15-20k would seem "fair" considering todays market.
(Personally i think 1,5-2k would be really fair but of course not considering todays inflated market values)

It might be worth more as some others seem to think but i personally would not pay more. Especially considering NOM (i hope its not a low comp engine or something?) and probably LOTS of rust.

Agreed.

Remember that rust is like an iceberg.....only 10% is visible on the surface....the other 90% is hidden below the surface.

I think it's a given that a 440 would have been installed.

Not too often that an 18 spline trans went behind a 383 (but it did happen) but a 440 or a Hemi would normally get the 18 trans. Thing is, he hasn't said what's in it now.....

In 1970 there were three engine choices available in the Charger R/T.
U code 440 Magnum 375 horsepower
V code 440 Magnum Sixpack 390 horsepower
R code 426 Hemi 425 horsepower
