Loose Torque Converter Bolts??

After chasing a noise in my engine bay I found a loose torque converter bolt, I tightened the bolt and the noise went away. But it only lasted a couple days and the noise started to come back. Opened the car back up and found the bolt was starting to come loose again...
Any thing i can do to keep this bolt cinched down? Lock washers? Locktite? All of the above? Thanks for the advice!

Definitely need Blue loctite on those bolts!

Why not a quickie tack weld ?
(Don't actually do that)
