NIB Suspension bracket ID help

Being a Mopar site I'm hoping this is an easy and appropriate question. Haven't found exactly what I'm looking for via web searches. Have several of these brackets,some in the box and some the boxes have rotted away. Found generic description on the same items for sale as "suspension brkt Warlock/Express". Haven't found anything better or any parts diagram that has these brackets shown. What are these specifically,front or rear brackets and if so what do they do? Very distinct possibility my searches just haven't included the correct key words but not finding much else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply. Odd thing is I'd found several listings I believe with the same pics that just had the "suspension BRKT"with no other info. Even did a search on a site listing NOS truck parts and came up empty.
