I have the re-build kit and all the parts are ready to get re-assembled. I suppose any high pressure wheel bearing grease will be sufficient but how much goes in the plunge joint? After I lube the parts and assemble them, do I pack the housing full of grease?

Fill it about a third of the way, press the assembly into place then fill competely with grease before you fit the top plate on (which is the hardest part have a few clamps on hand).
