RT Specialties orders ?

Has anyone out there had a hard time trying to get ahold of them? I wanted to place an order for my superbee on friday and couldnt get an answer after calling multiple times. I waited untill after 8 am eastern time this morning and have tried 3 times including an e-mail. If anyone knows anything about them I would appreciate it. I've bought from them in the past with no problems and would like to continue.

Tom at R/T is a great guy to deal with, but sometimes getting him to pick up the phone can be challenging. Keep trying & you will eventually get him.

Hey,thanks guys I just called again and he answered.Took care of my order and he took the time to answer a question I had on my Bee emblems.

I've dealt with Tom for years and have been able to get him on the phone most times while other's couldn't.
The fastest and easiest way is just order online and you'll get your parts in a few days.
