I know the newer Charger is 120" wb and the newer Challenger is 117" wb. I believe yours is 116". Would you use a newer Challenger donor if you did it again?

Personally yes. Not because of wheelbase, that's easily adjusted, but for the larger trans tunnel that supports a 6 speed Tremec.
