Exactly.. Ontario's cluster'F up here has a "legal" (pesticide laced) ounce more than double to triple what you can buy it for any day of the week the old way. Then they really shot themselves in the foot when each household can now legally grow 4 plants. My buddy, that makes his own oil for his Cancer fight, just harvested his four and got 14 POUNDS of weed from them... 224 ounces....6350 grams. You do the $$ math from there. (YES.. he's been growing for a LONG time and knows what he's doing!)

I just watched a documentary about the sale of weed in California. Each level of government has put so many taxes and fees on it, the product doesn't sell. They have warehouses full of processed ready to sell products that they can't move. Everyone still buys it illegally because it is so much cheaper. I have no doubt Illinois will screw it up just like California. Politicians can't keep their hand out of that money pot. Pun intended.

Yes - what you’ve described s true. And effective January 1 they’ve raised the taxes even higher. They’re crushing the legal business owners and just driving more illegal activity. CA government is a joke.
