did anyone else watch the new season opener of the grand tour,
and wonder just wth we were watching??
how about May,in that antique when they hit the open seawaters..i was worried for him.

i liked it when they said no more tent and ridiculous guests and it would only be adventures from then on but....Boats....?

i hope the next ones about cars?

dont get me wrong,i Loved the Vietnam adventure with the bikes.
thats a bucket list thing for me.

I did see it on Prime, haven't watched yet.
The early seasons of Top Gear are always a treat to rewatch. Clarkson, of course, is my personal favorite. Cut from the same cloth, he and I.

What they did at the end was stupid crazy
..even for them. The Vietnam adventure on scooters was a great episode. Columbia rain forest was also one of my favorites. I liked the dune buggy episode last season....the guest stuff...I agree.. it was time 2 move on. I dont watch them to see a star in a crappy car either.

The chemistry those three have is undeniable. I enjoyed the first S4 "special" just fine,
as I have all their back catalog over the years - even though I know exactly zero about
boats (I can't even swim).
As long as the team is together (along with their essential producer, Andy Wilman), I'll
be watching. I even watch most of their individual side projects.
