Can anyone decode what this would mean on a 18 spline trans year unknown?
pp833 3678 0008 on the VIN pad - no other markings on the pad

Gent's - The pad is not that legible, I am not sure if it says 3678 or 8678. Would 8678 make sense for a 18 spline trans May 1st 1985???
