Greetings. One of my winter projects is installing the full TTI exhaust system on my 1964 Dodge 440. Is it best to work front to back? Pre-assemble some pieces? I will be laying on concrete with the car on jack stands.

I believe tti generally says: Back to front. Headers first. Then the system back to front. Good luck

They will include instructions.

Thanks all. I sawzalled all the old exhaust off already. Waiting for my manual steering box to arrive so I can install that. Then install the new driver side manifold. I have some band clamps. Hopefully the exhaust system install goes well as it's 23 degrees today and I don't think it's going to warm up for awhile

Laying cardboard down, to lay on, is well worth the effort. That little bit of 'padding/ insulation' makes all the difference in the world.

On my TTI system, it said back to front also. I still did header install first though.
