Am I asking too much? Just want to purchase a couple of simple, DECENT, round vacuum accessory brushes that attach to the 1 1/4" canister vacuum hose.

Reading the reviews on Amazon, etc. it seems all of those for sale have some problem, quirk, or defect. The one that came originally on the Electrolux we still have was good quality and lasted a long time, but I finally wore it out. So far my replacement purchases have only found flimsy bristles that are not up to par. Another case of such a simple item purchased in the past going the way of the dinosaurs. They can update the darn cell phones every few months, but can't make decent $5.00 vacuum brush-been wanting to write a book for a long time now "Technology Sucks".

Well, if anyone knows a good source for a good brush, you will make my day!

Call or email your vacuum's manufacturer and ask to buy a replacement brush from them.

Of course, I tried that first (didn't want to bother Forum members with vacuum questions). However, Electrolux was bought out by Aerus and, of course, Aerus discontinued vacuum production to pursue other market items.

From wiki: "In 2020 Aerus turned focus from making vacuum cleaners toward aerospace advancements."
