After 2 coats of Rustoleum White Primer.
Good as new.

2- coats Rustoleum White Primer @ 1 qt per coat @ $35 per gallon
1- paintbrush $10
1- gallon paint thinner to clean brush $10
1- pt Dish soap to clean surface $5

$42 total apprx for supplies, but

1- hr per coat includes setup/cleanup×2
1- he cleaning and preppin
I figure I have at least $175 involved in my time.

So these ******** cost me at least $220 or so plus 2 days of my site looking like South Chicago (minus the caution tape and body bags).

While choring one if my livestock facilities I see it has been spray painted with graffiti from an animals rights moron(s)


Waiting for Sheriff deputy right now.
This happens about once a year.

I have 2 more facilities to chore today. May just have the good deputy tag along.

I can remember when I was a kid. Dad had renters that stopped paying rent but weren't moving out. The sheriff had already served them. He informed them he was going to be remodeling in a week and they had to be out. He came back the following Monday and removed both entry doors and the screen doors. They were gone the next day.

I used to help my sister and BIL with their rent property and he did the same thing. This was in the late 70's and even back then, renters were working the system. On the last day when the judge said they had to be out, my BIL went into the one room apartment and started cleaning out the fridge.....one jar at a time with each one hitting the wall and very hard. The renter left in a big hurry and even left some of his belongings after my BIL told him he was feeling very crazy that day wasn't responsible for anything hitting him.
