These are 65 Belvedere, why no red centers? They spinners on others with black centers.

Found this cool vintage Champion pamphlet. I think the car on the cover is generic, however it does have 57-60 styling cues. No year on the book, except for a mention of some 1954 Ford engines using “H” designated plugs

Never heard of it either. Graphite will mess with electronics. Where worked powdered graphite was used in casting shop but would float every where. They would with vacuum cleaner clean electronic cabinets . They finally had filtered air blown in to slightly pressurize cabinets.
