My challenger started charging at 15 so I pulled the regulator to swap with another one I had lying around. That fixed my problem. Charges 14.3 on the highway now. Just thought I’d show a couple pictures of what I found. The glue was hard and warped. I pryed it out with a screwdriver. Made in China ain’t everything now. It was full of sand. Dry loose fine beach sand. Weird.

Our ECUs / Ignition Modules for electronic ignition are no better

Sand / Epoxy / Rubber / Fake Transistor

What did you pay for that regulator ? The 3 terminal device inside goes for about .90 cents or less. Sand adds weight to make you feel good about it.

5 miles on this orange box replacement and it failed. Same sort of quality and filling.
