Before I order a new one, thought I would check to see who has one.

Looking for a minimum of 800 cfm, double pumper (Holley style) - in good shape, not interested in a 25 year old carb that has been collecting dust.....

this is for a street driven vehicle, with fairly mild convertor

thanks everyone -

Sorry, dis is a AFB site bro

I have a square bore Holley based A.E.D 950 cfm double pumper for sale if you need it. Came off a 502 big block Chevy.

that may be a little much for street driven.... sorry I did not state that in my post.

there is room for a little bit of everything :)
I was just having some fun.
I really like the old 800 DPs. But personally wouldn't shy away from BeepBeeps 950. I doubt mileage would be much different.

I have a 750 Brawler DP with electric choke I'd sell. Used for literally 5 miles.

Oh I know....I can say that I ran a TQ one weekend or two on the drag strip, been a holley style every other time before I went to alky injection in 2002. Eventually i plan to go with EFI set up, but wont do that until I get a few more things taken care of. I have a 780 vac carb on it now, I just dont care for it much (honestly I havent ran a vac carb since about 1994, and dont remember much about them)

Since the 950 will spend most of its time in the idle or cruise circuit it probably wouldnt be too awful over an 850. Just may take a few jet changes to sneak up on a tune.

On the 780s we always ran about 78/82, rear metering block, light yellow sec spring, 30ish shooter.
Weren't too far off a dp on the strip.

Here is the carb. But let me say I assume it’s a 950 it could be smaller I can't tell because AED removed the air horns from it. So no definite ID.
