What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

It's 95 degrees and tropical humidity here today. Decided against doing anything outside. Just hanging out with the dog and watching Tires on Netflix. Later I will brave the heat to take my 64 for a cruise to watch the cars leaving the Back to the 50's show in St Paul.

I finally was able to get my Grand Daughter's Code ridden Jeep this week-end for some needed maintenance. She went to a wedding in Milwaukee with her cousin so I was able to spend some time with it. It had a couple of codes that needed attention. Pretty common with it. Driver Air bag squib circuit failure, Catylist system efficiency below threshold, Upstream O2 circuit shorted to ground on bank 1. Thank God for the U tubers that tell you how to fix these problems.
All 4 Oxygen sensors replaced and a new steering wheel clockspring, cleared up the codes for now. An oil change and a bath. I took a picture and now it's Miller time for me.

Another fun day... let's never do hubs on a Ford again. All bolts out and it then took 2 cans of freeze spray, me with an air hammer behind and #1 Son pounding on the hub flange with a 5 lb for almost an hour a side to get them off.

FORD = First Off, Requires Demolition.

It's considered American Flyer S gauge.
I have more cars not pictured, that they are considered "action cars" and 7 diesel locomotive engines of various railroad lines that American Flyer had when they were in business back in the dinosaur days.
I don't do E Bay, and the vendors that are selling the diesel engine cars, are wanting big bucks $$$$$ for them.
I left my train set behind, when i joined the Air Force, back in 1973.
I grew up in Connecticut, and American Flyer was 30 miles down the road in New Haven, Connecticut.
The collector value these days, i just don't know.
Maybe someone on the forum has more knowledge than me, and can steer me in the right direction.

Utility replaced six poles on our street Friday and today.

Interesting process.

Hadn't seen it in a while.

Got the truck back together yesterday.
But....

The power steering pump leaks (likely because we ran it dry too many times as the rack was leaking progressively worse)

It sits up higher in the front probably up 1 - 1/2" or so as it still had the V-6 springs in it before.
I'll have to get pictures of it next time.

My truck came home today so I got a chance to take pictures.
Front end sits up nicely now it was always a little low which I always attributed to the "Towing" package.
