I just picked up some new Cooper Cobra GT Radials and wondering if I should put the white lettering in or out? What is your preference? Here is a pic of my old BFG white out. I'm thinking black out.
Yep - your car and preference. The white letters are older school and I kept that with my new set of Coker tires 3 years ago. I'm a geezer. I've been thinking of going with red-lines...again old school; but they would compliment the color on my car being gray with red trimming. Given the color of your ride black wouldn't be bad either.
The thing (no new-news) more today is little or no chrome...people buy cars/SUV's all blacked out: Wheels, trim, emblems, bumpers, dark windows, etc. As a geezer ain't my thing. Some luv it...to each their own.

I will say I think with car color rims and dog dish hubs the black tires look better.
With 500’s or mags I like the white letters.
Hey buy rim and tire combo’s like women buy shoes and you can dress your car for the occasion.
Out so it will say Hank00k. So far nobody has noticed the Hank00k SUV tire. I noticed it for about a week and then it became just another tire. Nobody has noticed the non-mopar wheel either.
