Ordered 6AN to 1/4NPT coupler, 6AN 90* swivel to 6AN hose end, 6AN braided steel hose , 3/8" NPT to 6AN coupler, and a single 6AN hose end.

Tires and brake shoes came so far today....I guessed right, the fronts and backs are almost the same height. The fronts are about 1/2" shorter.

11 1/2" wide. The local Tire Barn says they can mount and balance them for $30 per rim without scratching them. They happen to be located next door to the local Ford dealer who has a racing operation going and they do all of his stuff.

Nothing like new tail light lenses! Any ideas on what to use to plug those two holes in the clear part? There's also two in the red part.

Because there is an oval chrome piece that trims out the clear area from the red on 66T Bird. I'm not using the trim because it will look like a Ford.

Well gents......I got a wild hair up my *** this morning and decided it was paint day. lol. My amateur status isn't in any danger, but it came out better than I expected it to. Going to let these three coats dry and see what I missed. Might need another wet coat. Maybe on the roof. Plus, once I have wheels and tires on it I can back it out into the sun and get a better look at it. Don't want tiger stripes. Have two or three runs and a splatter or two to sand out and repaint. as well. No bugs or dust in it though! It will lighten up a shade or three after it's dry too.

I can already see a couple of light areas on the quarters. No worries though. I'm just pleased that I didn't drag the air hose across anything or trip over my feet and fall into wet paint etc....lol. I added a bunch of wet look hardener to it but I have a gallon of good clear for it too.

About your lens' blue marble or reflector crazy glued in. Is that passe?

I thought about "Blue Dots" but rejected that as it's more of a 1950's thing. I think clear epoxy or something will do it. Maybe a set of chrome needle spikes? About an inch long?

It's a problem painting in a narrow garage bay. I can't get far enough away from it to see it clearly. Barely had room to spray the correct distances.
