"You gotta be kiddin me !" Afraid not, I must say removing the rear bumper is much easier than it appears. Once out, very easy to access housings and harness.
I just did this last night on my 72 satty. It will be much easier if you have a 9/16 flex ratcheting flat wrench and a 9/16 ratcheting shorty. The two bolts that go up through the bottom dont give you much room to turn a wrench and a socket wont fit...
As mentioned, unbolt the complete bumper & brackets from the trunk. Much more work to attempt to separate the bumper from the brackets still bolted to the body.
