Let me start it off. Here I am with my daily driver '05 SRT4 in Orange blast. My dad's daily driver is the Yellow '03, incidentally his plate reads "OLD-FAT" the "kids" who want one envy the "old-fat" with the SRT4.

The following is a picture from last year, I now am 65 pounds lighter.

I dont actually have a pic of my daily driver which is an 89 Dodge pick up in ok shape. But I thought you might like to see the yellow 03 SRT-4 my youngest son used to have. We did a few mods and had it running 12.80's @ 108 before it got totaled by a truck. Now my youngest who is now 20 is serving in the US Navy ! Ron

Damn 12.80s is mighty fast in an SRT-4! I'd be curious to hear what you guys did to it. I hope the crash was when it was parked.

I was pretty close to buying an SRT4 and kinda wish I did. Instead I bought a 04 Hemi Ram.

We actually did all the mods so lets see if this old man can remember. The best mod was the manual boost controller. It was a simple one that after I ran the wastegate hoses in the car it used a turn valve so we could turn the boost up but we had to learn where to set it as not to go to high. I believe it had the Stage I PCM on it when we raced it and we added a 3" downpipe. Also used 15" PTC Cruiser wheels and BFG drag radials. But you still had to work it out of the gate as it had the stock open diff and would still spin if we brought it out to high. I really feel with a better tire to hook better I could have coaxed maybe 12.50's out of it. He had more plans for it but it got hit while he was parked on the side of the road by a tractor trailer. The driver fell asleep as my son was sitting in the drivers seat and you can see by the pic he is one lucky young man to walk away unscratched but very sore and shaken up. They actually flew him to the hospital as his neck hurt very bad and the paramedic's thought he may have broken it. When we saw to the car my wife went nuts until she knew he was ok. Ron

Ron, I'm just really glad your son made out OK, imagine sitting innocently on the side of the road and this...glad he is allright.
