He's had the parts for over a month now that I paid $45.00 to ship to him and won't pay. I'd say that's plenty of time to simply hit a few keys to send the money.

A few of the Lionel Train guys i've delt with have shipped parts or trains to me before they get my payment. I thank them, but ask them not to do that. They don't know me, and sometimes real life does happen.

My sympathies to you over the deal 747. It's hard enough to get guys to part with cash or parts, let alone when a few rogues out there are just out to screw people over. I hope it works out for you....but if by chance it doesn't....please let us know who this is. :grin:
I have had a few deals go south on me over the years of trading....and the funny thing is that the old "My truck broke down" or "Cell phone got stolen" has been used on me a few times also. Easy to say, and very hard to prove. Hope it works out OK for you mate.

css426truck is the name who refuses to pay well after a month and even after promising to pay 3 days ago (Paypal) still won't pay. I've been more than patient telling him if there's a problem just let me know and I always leave a PM and wait until I see he's been on so I know he's getting my messages. He came on this morning to put up some more stuff up for sale but must not have had the time to do some typing over at Paypal. Don't know what the deal is, he seams nice enough on the phone but he's not in any hurray to pay at all especially for someone who's listing some pretty high dollar Hemi stuff. Guess I'm out my parts and the $45.00 in shipping.

Make sure you leave a terrible feedback on his itrader score. This will follow him around on this site as long as he goes by that name. Looks to me like he trolls the for sale section only to sell items. Has no posts really outside of the for sale and it just here to make money.
If everybody does this it might get his attention.

i had misrepresented parts and parts that were not sent to me.
from a d bag named scotty2hotty aka scott bamgartner from new mexico.
who also uses 3 or 4 ebay names..
when i called him on it,the pos used the i was in the military for 20 years as a excuse.
this happened just before the trader scores .
when the trader scores appeared,i left him a some feedback
as a little token of my appreciation from his screwing..
he hasn't returned here since i left such nice comments
about how he conducts his buisness...lol

Man you guys weren't lying were you? After reading some of the comments I decided I better take a look. I really hope he's doesn't have some good excuse that he refuses to share because you guys are just brutal Haha. I've been 100% honest with you guys on the dealings so it will be interesting to see what he does. Thanks guys, at least he'll have a really tough time selling things now...........wait maybe that's what he's waiting on to pay me. P.S it was $45.00 shipping and &75.00 in heavy parts $120.00 total.

If it helps in your thought process of the whole situation, I sent him more than he owes you on 27 May for a part using Paypal to his paypal. Not sure if that was before or after you sent out the parts. Just putting information out there, so there should be no excuse of no funds.
