I certainly hope so, I'm sick of rebuilding & the revolving coaching door constantly...LOL
I'm tired of being the laughing stock of the NFL bottom Dwellers,
for the last decade/12 years...

We deserve much better, we need a good strong leader, we have such a strong & devoted fan base
{not them damn gang bangers that only where the colors}
we were always a strong AFC West contender & even AFC Championship contenders,
the highest % of winning record teams, for the 1st 40+years, it's sad really, to fall so far....

I hope Jack DelRio can turn them around quickly, it may take a couple years,
hopefully the GM & owner Mark Davis {wish Reggie McKennsie was gone, we deserve better}
will let him run the show, we'll see who else they get for OC & DC's & assistants too...
Hope we'll get some good draft picks, not waste them & some quality Free Agent veterans now too,
to help all the QB {need a marque receiver}, some good O-line & D-line...
I think his presence, his "actual" NFL player experiences, even some of his NFL coaching past,
as a player's coach {& long time "real" Raiders Fan}, hopefully that should bolster all aspects...

My Fingers & Toes are all crossed...LOL

NFL does stand for, Not For Long, if they don't perform NOW...LOL

I'm betting that Manning (and I don't bet) has one more season. At best the Broncos will make one last push for a SB victory, if it doesn't happen, re-building mode for at least three years.

I hope he can help them turn the corner, become a winning franchise again,
such a storied franchise, they deserve a better outcome,
Fox is the kind of a guy/coach who comes in & fixes stuff,
I like his coaching style much more, than the teams he's been associated with thou...LOL
