Every stick within a 200 yard radius.....now that's funny!! I need him to gather up the small stuff that falls from all the trees around my place because I'm tired of picking it all up each time I mow. A lot of it is more than thumb size.

Buy a better mower. I never pick up sticks. I mulch on the spot...

my yellow lab was a great dog.
very protective and gentle at the same time
and very smart
had her trained to walk without a leash
right by my side if i stopped walking she sat down
once i taught her the yard boundaries i never needed a fence
