I bought a GSG-522. Same size and weight as an MP-5, but shoots .22LR and doesn't cost $20,000. Now I gotta send Uncle Sam $200 to get a tax stamp so I can cut the barrel back to the correct length.
I remember the good old days when I would have hundreds of drop-in sears for AR-15s in my apartment, and I was paying about $5 a piece for them. Those 22's are fun. I have one.
Real ones are in the 40K range.

I have an all German MP5K-N/PDW....and other hosts for my sear.
Nothin wrong with a Rough Rider. Mine gets used plenty and never a problem. Wish I could say that about my Rugers.Sad, I had to settle for and get a Heritage Rough Rider.

I've never used hearing protection when shooting .22, so I never saw much point in a silencer.Do you still have them and are they registered? I vaguely remember hearing guys churning them out and putting in to register them all. So very smart as they are all expensive now, great return on investment. I can shoot full auto at work so I got my fill of mag dumps, including HK UMPs. Now a full auto .22? With a can?! Heaven lol
H&K (walter) makes one also in 22lrI bought a GSG-522. Same size and weight as an MP-5, but shoots .22LR and doesn't cost $20,000. Now I gotta send Uncle Sam $200 to get a tax stamp so I can cut the barrel back to the correct length.

I think he meant the sears.I've never used hearing protection when shooting .22, so I never saw much point in a silencer.
Rugers not getting used or problems? Seems like the rugers I have work regardless of how I treat them.
