Having the bar touch down further back helps rigidity.

Passenger front a pillar, the hardest part was drilling holes in the package tray, if you mess up its trash. Pic to follow

Now I have to put it all back up through the floor like its going in permanent and mock up windshield bar, then lower it back through the floor and weld it up. ..
