What do you drink?

Coffee in the morning, water the rest of the day.
A Propel and Fairlife Chocolate or Premier Protein drink every day or two.

I honestly drink plain water everyday, but there again I got a kidney transplant and NEED that.

I know this may sound "funny" so to speak but I been on a hot chocolate kick lately, I love that stuff and since it's cold out now and since I get cold easy I figure why not. Yeah I'm addicted to that in the winter, but the rest of the time not so much.

I too drink caffeine free diet Pepsi at home, maybe twice to 3 times a week. I refuse to really drink diet Coke because as Jerry said they went woke unless I really want one at a restaurant, then I cave and get one unless it's Pepsi then I get one of those.

Then I have an iced coffee from McDonald's maybe 3 times a week sometimes, yes I'm addicted to those too.

Then of course there's beer for me too, if you call it that. I like a nice Bud Light at home every once in a while but not all the time, maybe 3 times a month if that. I drink but not all the time and not that much.

Those are what I like

Cup of coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. Once in a while I may splurge on a mt dew

Then, collapsed from an irregular heartbeat and the doc said no more caffeine, no more booze.
Did the irregular heartbeat go away and if so how long did it take? Recently I've been diagnosed with that and the doctor told me the same about coffee and alcohol. I only have 2 strong cups in the morning and water the rest of the day. 3 tall boy beers (in one day) a week with a buddy.

I can’t drink water, as such. When I was a small child growing up in a remote mining town in the sub Arctic the water was so foul that you couldn’t drink it. It stunk, and was awful. So mentally my mind is programmed to not drink it. If I’m someplace hot and it’s all there is I will drink it out of a bottle, never a glass.Never soft drinks any more, too much caffeine and sugar. Again, if it’s hot and it’s all there is I will, but never out of a can.I drink quality coffees before supper, not the bitter, acidly stuff though. I get really nice Mexican coffee from a place that roasts it a hundred feet from my door in Mazatlan, or some really excellent Ethiopian from the importer.
Nice quality tea, as well. Vahdams in India mail it right to my door and will tell me what day it was picked and what field it came from. We also pick mint along the river here, makes a great tea that soothes my belly.
Different beers. I like variety. Generally imported, unless I’m in Mexico, then I drink Pacifico or Modello. They love their beer there, and the supermarket has a staggering selection. The last time there, in December I found this stuff from Belgium. Made by monks, the bottle alone was probably worth five bucks. Awesome stuff.

After a coronary ablation surgery, yes, it seems to have gone away. They cauterized (burned) a series of nerves in my heart, that were causing it to beat out of time. The chemicals in alcohol and caffeine were making the problem worse. Outpatient surgery, scope work, two small groin incisions and they work their way up an artery into the heart to burn the nerves. 0600 surgery, I had dinner at home that night.

Now (after cold-turkey quitting both) if I have even a half-cup of coffee, I start shaking and get wired. Which I'm fine with. I don't need it anyway. I've started having a glass of wine with dinner now and then, that's not causing any problems...but I'm not getting back into my old drinking habits, no way. Better for the budget this way! And, a perfect excuse to decline a drink when I'm out - with my CCW, I don't drink PERIOD, and this is a way to say "no" without revealing I'm carrying. It all works out well.

Water, regular black coffee, whole milk, shot of whiskey now and then, Beer in the summer, I will have a coke mabey once a week.

I guess I am addicted to decaf sweet tea. I will have a RC cola or coke maybe one a week. A little lactose free milk with a couple cookies a couple times a week and a lot of water. Oh Oh and bush lite on friday and saturday nights.

Coca-Cola had real cocaine!
Just watched a story on Coca Cola. It was first to be used medicinal.Tasted horrid. So the inventor kept adding sugar till it tasted better.
It also wasn't carbonated. At first.

Diet mountain dew. (Still addicted to caffeine.) I used to get what I called "Roaming Arthritis?" Swallowed knee one week. Wrist the next. I thought maybe some sort of gout? Then one night sitting up suffering from this in my neck? I was watching a late night info thing. And they described my condition. And suggested too much sugar is the diet. I thought. "I wonder if it's the 6-8 Pepsi's a day I drink?" I switched to diet dew? And the symptoms all but eliminated with in a week.

I'm sure the diet ingredients are doing some sort of other damage? But I just started this about 2 years ago? So far? So good!

I don't mean recreationally, I mean what do you drink 5 times a day? Coffee, tea, water, soft drinks? The reason I ask is I'm addicted to Coke. Coke Zero and Dr. Pepper Zero. I'll drink a glass of water if it's put in front of me but I live on these terrible beverages.

BTW I think coffee tastes like a mouthful of dirt.
Disagree because I love a strong coffee in the morning.

And another plus about diet Dew? Bugs/ants/fruit flies won't touch it. Lol. One should take this as a warning? Me? Certainly a reduction in those pests.

Unsweetened tea...coke...water....BEER..I must say the coke and beer is slowly getting less and less.

I stopped drinking coke 50 years ago. My thoughts are
If that **** can clean a battery terminal what do you think it's doing to you!
Whole milk in the morning, 3 cups of coffee, water or Gatorade and a couple beers occasionally.
Usually Bass ale or any good ale
No IPA though
