Lares 11043 fast ratio questions

I wonder if anyone has tried these boxes on a Hemi car - and did they fit. I’m happy with the stage II Firm Feel box I put on my 66 last winter so far. It’s a huge improvement over the manual box. But even with the 90degree pressure line fitting it clears the exhaust manifold by about 3/16” or less.

According to the tech gal I was in email contact with from Lares, Bouchillon has been using their boxes for awhile. Maybe contact Bouchillon for additional input on the Hemi fit.

My Lares box is superb and no mods were necessary, except the return line is different. Yes the PS pump does not put out sufficient pressure at idle, but it is enough to get going, when the pressure is fine. Highly recommended, tho' few miles on it/
I just ordered the 11033 today. I hope the Borgeson pump I put in will give it enough pressure.

If you're using headers, fitment is on you as stated by Lares. For my wagon, 440 w/Hedmans, I had to work #3 tube some to get space around the box and #5 to clear the steering coupler. Also due to the headers, I dropped the box in from the top after taking the pump out. Had a new Lares pump, so had to r&r it anyway. Also removed #1 plug. Took out the lh motor mount through bolt and put my screw jack under the pan rail to tilt the engine up some so the box could get placed. I figured that was the lesser of two evils compared to un-bolting the lh header and dealing with coolant leaks after on an iron head.

I don't have headers and I'm sure I'm going to have to raise the engine up a bit to take the box out. I might start taking it apart on Sunday. I did the same job over 20 years ago on my 70 Charger, but that had a 318.
