That's SWEET! I would give my left NUT to have an A12!

Pulling oil pan with engine in the car...

I want to pull the oil pan (8 quart Milodon) from the 440 in my 66 Belvedere and change the gaskets. Can I pull the pan without having to pull the motor up? The car will be on a lift so there will be plenty of room under there to maneuver, but I'm wondering if it will clear. Thanks, chris

    Fuel sending unit and wiring...

I'm getting ready to order a larger fuel cell for my Belvedere and I want to order one with a sending unit so that I can have a gas gauge. The wire that went to the original gas tank seems to be under the car still and I want to make sure it works before I order a fuel cell with a mopar sending...

    Snubber adjustment

Thanks, guys! I think I will climb under and adjust it down a little bit. Springs are brand new, and shocks look pretty new also, but I'm guessing it was adjusted this way so that it would launch at the track. Thanks again!

    Snubber adjustment

Hey guys, how far should the snubber be from the body? My 66 Belvedere that I am taking off of the track and returning to street duty has the snubber actually touching the body while sitting still. This can't be good! I'm guessing that they did that for racing use as it might make sense for...

    Crankcase venting...

Okay. That's what I will do. Thanks!

    Crankcase venting...

Okay... I've installed a spacer plate under the carb with a hose nipple on it. Can I just hook that to the breather that I have on one valve cover that has its own hose nipple? I will run another breather on the other valve cover that does not have a nipple on it. Then I should have a way for...

    Crankcase venting...

Okay, guys. Thanks. Looks like I'm gonna get me a spacer to go under the carb and tap into it for the PCV valve. Then I will just run a little breather filter on the other valve cover for it to get air from. Thanks!

    Crankcase venting...

I was afraid you were going to say that! I don't have a vacuum port on my carb and I don't have a port on my air cleaner. Carb is a 950 Holley, and the air filter is a K&N with the open top for the functional scoop. It looks like some type of port may be able to be installed under the filter...

    Crankcase venting...

I'm converting a 66 Belvedere race car back to street duty and I'm wondering what I need to do as far as crankcase ventilation. The car has a 440 in it and the PO had hoses that ran from the valve covers down to a bung on each header. I'm changing valve covers and headers and no longer have that...

Adding P/S to Big block Belvedere.. Which pulleys will I need?

This should be an easy one... I'm installing power steering on a 66 Belvedere that was born with manual steering and I need to know what I need to order as far as pulleys are concerned. I have a 440 going back into the car and it had a single belt pulley system with an under drive pulley on the...

Looking for a squirrel cage for 66 belvedere

I'm trying to install a new blower motor and my squirrel cage is rusted onto the old motor shaft. I think I can cut it off and salvage the metal plate that it's attached to, but the blower motor wheel is gonna be trash. Anybody got one? thanks, chris

Changing center section and now axles are touching...

Just to follow up for future reference... I measured the amout the axle was being pushed out the other side and came up with .300 so I took the axles to a machine shop and had .170 cut off of the end of each one. $62.00 to cut. Installed the axles, tightened them down and all is well. End of...
