Nice work on those belts Jason. :icon_cool: Did you live in England for a while??? I only ask because of that Waitrose bag. We did for a few years, and lived in Richmond right next door to a large Waitrose - my wife often bumped into Richard E. Grant in there :grin: personally I think she's a closet stalker :yes:

I ordered a new gas pedal today to go with the new complete floor I have just installed in the previous weeks and the new carpet I am going to order soon. The sad part is I won't be pushing on the pedal for a while or at least till i get the rear sections welded in as I am transforming a 4 dr Savoy to a 2 dr sedan Savoy.On my way to the garage to do some more welding right now.

Put my swap meet eddy 750 on the 440 truck.
Fired up with some coaxing. Needs tuned and adjusted but ran!
Putting 600 from truck on 72 Charger 318 with square to spread adapter.
Had to get long studs from O'Riley's (kind of surprised they had them- and 3 different lengths even)!
One was stripped though. I'm getting ready to see if I can address that.
Also cleaning out the 600 that got gunked up from the rusted fuel line I had on the truck.
Still fuming about having to pull the motor in the Satellite and trying to decide if I want to mod the motor or drop in another one with mods.

Actually I did live in London for a couple of years back in the early nineties, however these bags are from our local super market (Nosh). They have quite a few Waitrose products. Thanks for the kudos on the seat belts. I have to say they were totally gross and very crusty when I started with them. I used about 10 buckets full of hot soapy water to clean them. Two of them need dyeing as they are a bit faded. A job for when I get back from work.

Deceased, But not forgotton
Getting ready to finish up some welding (i hope, gas is low), Had a small problem with bushings ordered from Summit but all good and there here... fun to begin! Putting in new plugs in the 73 and hoping for a weekend wife's off and a outing to the lake before it's time to put it up for winter, ordinary no worries but the weather seems screwy this year...

Finished connecting the heater hoses / plumbing for the Vintage Air A/C, got it wired up, vacuum the system, and filled with R134a.
Also, bought a 1973 Jensen Interceptor III.

Got her back on all fours for the first time since maybe Father's Day. Nothing big, replaced leaky axle seals, installed an axle vent bolt that the PO replaced with a solid bolt in all his infinite wisdom, went through the brakes, repainted the steelies, reconfigured the cooling fan, clutch and pulleys for better cooling, and am about to replace the leaky valve cover gaskets.
Shame it took me so long for such simple jobs, but it's a small price to pay for being a father of 3 great little kids.

Took twelve bumper bolts and cleaned them up. There were 5 that were damaged, one of those was really beat up. So I took out a body hammer, tapped, buffed, tapped, buffed, etc.
I actually got all of them cleaned up and looking really decent. I was actually surprised I was able to salvage the last one. But bumper bolts 'aint cheap, and I am spending money on my ^%$#! car like it is nobody's business. I gotta save somewhere!
