Has anyone had any contact with Laysons over the last few months?

I posted a question and managed to get one reply in their Vendor Forum, back in November, but I haven't been able to get them (Rick) to respond on that forum or to separate private messages since.

I know they used to have a bad reputation for customer service/communication etc a few years ago but I thought they might have got their act together now they appear to be selling on ebay :confused3:

If you see this Rick - please respond as I need to get some of the replacement rear lenses for our 63 Polara 500 that you said you could get...

I apologize for the late reply. I am just getting back in my office(at least part-time for now...) after a little re-lapse from a surgery I had back in October. I had to go back to the hospital the Monday before Christmas, Dec 22nd, to have another surgery and am just now getting back up to speed. I'll only be part-time in my office for 4 hours a day for the next few weeks until everything gets healed back up so I can come back full time.

We do have three of the four lenses in stock here in the warehouse and ready to ship....
