What did you do to your Mopar today?

Well my back recovered enough to tackle the ball joints on the driver's side, it took me roughly half the time I spent on the passenger side since I made sure to stage my tools so no looking around for what the job needs, and also I knew exactly what I had to do this time, no exploratory surgery.
Its was also really warm so I had to prep the work area:

A couple of observations, while I think the passenger side stuff was original, I think the driver side has some replacements. The lower balljoint actually felt pretty nice and tight and its rubber was way better than the pass side, the part I took off from the D side also said made in Canada, maybe thats a clue.
It was also missing a cotter pin on one bolt and the upper bj was a bit mangled by a pipewrench from the looks of things. So someone was there before, the socket slipping off the bj may have made me fall on my *** when I used a breaker bar, but in a dignified manner.

Rebuilt the steering coupler, and new gasket. Might even put the column back in the car today.

Put the column back in, they come out alot easier then going in.

Installed the front bumper, grille, lights, hardware and wiring behind it, etc. The grille, parking lights, and light bulbs are NOS. The bumper is an NOS blemish. It has some scuffs and scratches, but never mounted. The headlights were RockAuto Wholesaler closeouts, NAPA box, Wagner lights. The headlight trim is mint used. the parking light housings are reconditioned.

The bumper with its internal reinforcement/mount weighs 82 pounds. Without the bumper guards which I left off; they are about 3-4 pounds more. The bumper shocks/frame_mounts are separate and add even more weight. The rear bumper is similar. It's a hefty B-body.

Set the toe today, my back was NOT ruined from yesterday’s suspension work so decided to just do it. Took it on a long test drive around town, pretty nice to be rid of a bunch of suspension clunks.
EDIT: meant to say back was not ruined, doing it with a ruined back would have been dumb. Not that I am above such dumbness.

Started routing the fuel system yesterday... Still missing a few of the puzzle pieces at the moment, but they should be arriving here soon.
