Some have used a double gasket. Don't know if I like the idea. Quick fix is to grind/taper the header flange before installation. I like the Doug's headers.

Just a little update. Last week we installed the bumpers. Week before installed drivers side lower control arm. (Swiped one off a parts car in sub zero temperatures) Have to get it back on the ground to set the ride height and final torque. @FU64RY has been polishing trim and installing them...

Clear water or green coolant? Clear water could be condensation. Green coolant...:rolleyes:

SS should be tightened twice. Tighten then loosen then tighten again.
