    Battery Ground Question

Rusty, I respect your opinion and was not taking issue. Of course you have to ground the engine to the body just like the factory did and I consider that as a given. I was just stating the factory ran a large negative cable from the battery to the block in addition to the engine to body and...

    Battery Ground Question

my 2 cents. If grounding to the unibody is sufficient, why did Detriot spend the extra money to ground to the engine? if you buy a trunk mount kit from a reputable wiring company like Ron Francis, it comes with 1 guage positive and negative cables to run all the way to the engine as well as a...

    Help! Starter Relay Threads Shot

I had same problem and same concerns about nut on inside. I installed a "nutsert". It is basically a rivet type device that is threaded on the inside. I think used one for 1/4-20 machine screws. Just google 'nutserts'. It takes a special tool to install them, but maybe a local body shop...

anyone have manual brakes with disc front?

Thanks everyone for the responses. I am going to install the 1" master cylinder ( I have one in the shop) and go from there. For those that asked, the power booster prevents me from removing the #7 plug on the hemi AND it has a 292 duration cam with 108 overlap and there just isn't much vacuum...
