$100.00 Fill-up

Two weeks ago, I noticed diesel going from $3.80 to $4 here, so I made a trip to the cheap station, fought the lines of crazy people, and filled up my diesel pickup, and every empty jerrycan I had, except for two five-gallon cans of regular for my girlfriend.
I bought $130 worth of diesel at $3.39, and $30 of gas at $3.09.
Today, best price i have seen is $4.40 for regular, and $4.90 for diesel......
and lots higher than that in most places.
That same batch today would cost $187.75, and $42.50.
I can't say I've noticed, did my social security payment go up 40% in the last couple weeks?

I put a 112 dollars in my truck yesterday and it didn't even fill it up I'm paying 4.89 a gallon for diesel fuel

Here in Commiefornia the cheapest I can find diesel is $6.09-$6.15. On the average in my area it is $6.70. Been riding the Harley quite a bit lately at least premium is around $5.75.
